With our head pastry chef, Natalie Goode, at the helm, farm-fresh ingredients enrich our baked goods in a unique way. With over nine years of pastry experience, from high production to boutique bakeries, she has been largely responsible for creating our pastry program and that freedom has allowed her creative side to shine. Natalie blends the scientific precision of baking and new modern techniques with the creative possibilities of locally-sourced ingredients. She marries flavors that deliver the sweetness you expect with touches of fresh herbs and Texas citrus that elevate them to a whole new level.
