Springdale Station is a historic building, minutes from downtown. It is a versatile venue that is perfect for either an intimate gathering or an expansive outdoor ceremony. This venue is affordable and gives you the freedom to choose whichever vendors you prefer.v
LAYOUT
Springdale station has a 4300 square foot indoor event space that has the capacity to entertain up to 300 guests. There is a 1900 square foot courtyard, a 1290 square foot covered awning and a 4000 square foot crushed granite area with a large tree in the center. All these outdoor spaces are enclosed in a Gabion rock wall with a rolling gate. There is also a small catering kitchen, as well as a charming bridal suite and enough parking for large groups.
The Brodie Homestead staff will supervise the initial set-up and break down of tables, chairs and other décor items. Any additional rentals that you require can be ordered through Royal Fig.
RENTALS
For additional fees Springdale Station can provide furniture packages, which include chairs, tables and a wooden bar. They also rent out a tent to have as a rain contingency plan, as well as a service to set up and break down all the evet furniture. Royal Fig can also provide any rentals that you need for your big day.
