The Mansion
Gorgeous Setting for a Unique Creation
The TFWC Mansion is a Texas historic landmark and is listed with the National Register of Historic Places. The venue can handle just about any size group and offers guests the option to rent only the elegant Grand Ballroom or the Mansion’s entire ground floor. The Mansion is centrally located, near the UT west campus, convenient to churches, hotels and restaurants.
Layout
The Mansion has three ceremony spaces. The magnificent classic ballroom has polished oak floors that span over four thousand square feet. The room can be utilized for both dining and dancing and the room is dramatically illuminated with vintage bronze and crystal wall scones. The Georgian room was an operating tea room in the 1930’s. It’s main features are the hardwood flooring, wall scones and the original hat-check stand is there. It is similar to the classic ballroom but smaller. The Classic Garden Courtyard is an intimate outdoor space. It features a babbling stone fountain, Greek-style pergola and flowering plants. Additionally, guests can rent The Formal Dining Room, The Victorian Parlor and The Library.
